Niki Nichoriti
Niki Nichoriti is a trainee lawyer and a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens School of Law. She studied at the Faculty of Law of Université Lumière Lyon 2 (Faculté de droit Julie-Victoire Daubié) as part of the Erasmus student exchange program. She served as Head of the Legal & Finance Department for the student initiative “UniAI,” focusing primarily on the organization’s compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She continues to expand her expertise through targeted training in individual and social rights advocacy, as well as the modern challenges AI presents to criminal justice. She also offers volunteer legal advice at the Open School for Immigrants.
Anastasia Memmou
Anastasia Memmou is a law student, translator, and interpreter. As a translator, she worked on the digitization and translation project for the historical archives of the World Trade Organization in Geneva, specializing in document translation for international organizations and the EU. As an intercultural mediator, she has collaborated with Global Brigades, and over the past five years, she has systematically provided volunteer clinical and legal interpretation services to NGOs and civil society organizations supporting female migrants and survivors of gender-based violence. She is a certified intercultural teamer for trilingual Erasmus programs targeting vulnerable social groups. She is currently completing her second degree at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens School of Law, aiming to pursue postgraduate studies in Criminology, with a research and writing focus on feminist criminology and the sociology of law from a gender perspective.
